my restaurant always got force close popup message

Hi team lava..pls help me coz i kind of desperate right now..i've already reset my phone & start all over again..by installing one by one of ur game...but until now that pop up message always there when i opened restaurant story&fashion...whats wrong with it guys..is it my phone..but at the first time i played on this phone,it seems to be fine...im using sony erricson experia arc by the way.
so pls help me guys..i need the answer right away coz im losing many foods& clothes on my games.thanks for your help guys

Check make sure you have the most current device version. If you can update to 4.0(Ice cream sandwich).
Try moving your game to your SD card, and using a task ****er to close out any background apps that are running.
