Connection Issue for Kindle Fire

Dragon Story App on my Kindle 6.3.1 is giving me a web access error.

The wifi on my Kindle is working properly.

I have internet and can access the web without issue.

I can connect to Bakery Store and Pet Shop Story Thanksgiving Edition.

I have restarted the Kindle, turned wifi off and back on, and have cleared the cache on the Dragon Story App.

Any ideas on what I can try to get it working again. My poor dragons miss me!

Go under settings and turn your wifi off then back on to see if this corrects the issue.

I have also restarted both the cable modem and the router. My husband is having no trouble connecting on his Android device.
