missing gems anyone

hi, i have been on my game on and off all day and had 68 gems for a couple of days now.
I went on about an hour ago and i am down to 19 gems, i have not bought anything.
Has this happened to anybody else?
i have restarted the game and uninstalled and re-installed and still says 19, i am running android thanksgiving version

Email support@teamlava.com Guve them your ID, which game, and what happened. They'll be able to look into your game and see what occurred.

thank you i have done that, does anyone have any idea how long it takes for a reply? i have never had anything go wrong before, and was saving my gems up for christmas time

It can up to 5 business days for a reply (depending on how busy they are).
