Mystery "No Name" restaurant appeared in my Invite List

This Level 1 "No Name" restaurant just appeared in my Invite List. I did not invite them. How can I delete it?

There is a decline option in the menu.

ctgourmet, we can't delete pending invites. Hopefully it will just go away on its own, or you could try force closing your game and rebooting your device.

I think it's some kind of maintenance thingy.
