I think it is the rainbow square

In front and to the left of the rainbow. Directly behind your 2 lefthand cottages

Yes be careful, you are effectively expanding to the base of the garden NOT the top of the rainbow. I nearly made this mistake but kept clicking the quest Find the magic garden then click Search to show exactly the right square.
