Best way to make money?

I'm having some money trouble in Castle Story, I'm lvl 10 and have all the buildings I can build at that level. But it looks like it's going to take ages to save up 37000 for the Keep :S

Anyone found an efficient way to make money? Multiple farm houses/cottages or?

As this is an energy restrictive game, you should try to get the max coins per tap. So collect from your resources, royal and cottage when they are ready. Also, at your level Hot Peppers are good for coins overnight and you get strawberries at lvl 11 which are a great 1hr crop for coins.

grow carrots...I saved up over 200000 just by growing carrots

Growing crops is the better way to gain coins

Just do the quests and make the max farms you can.
I never faced any money problem till my current level of 11.8

Looking at Maguar's guide - grow corn 3 mins or tomatoes 10 mins for best cash return.

I'm now at level 24 and got my 4th knowledge shard yesterday, but i need 100,000 coins fast to do the research. Can anyone tell me what's the fastest way to make cash at this level?

Theatres are money spinners! I built 6 and they gave me more than I needed. Have put one away in storage right now as no space and don't collect from them every time as I need energy for other things, but have over 7 million now and nothing to spend it on!

Markets give plenty of money, the problem is you can only collect from them once a day. Adventures generally give coins, but you do have to pay small amounts to go on adventures, and it's not guaranteed you'll get coins. Builder's caravan gives a lot of coins.

Sorry, now I get your situation. There's nothing much you can do about that apart from keep collecting, that's what I did to save up for the keep. Also, you might want to start preparing Fancy Beams and Fancy Blocks and Simple Glues.

Can you grow cocoa at hat level? It yields nicely. Otherwise Glimmerbulbs give a goo return every 8 hours.

Level all buildings to level 5 and plant lots of crops. I earn about 60k a day. Not a lot compared to high end players but enough for most stuff.

Thanks guys, for all the advice. Finally got my 4th shard research done. Now I can make mithril but don't have 50 silver ore. I've been maxed out on them for weeks and all of a sudden I don't have enough now!

Lol, same for me. I am buying iron rich rock to get iron ore, to craft silver, to craft mithril :p

Hacked a dark cave formation with no sign of mithril. My knights are coming back from exploring dark caves in a few hours, will wait and see what they'll bring back. If still no sign of mithril I'll resort to the same.

Anyone found an efficient way to make money? Multiple farm houses/cottages or?by far, the best return for FREE coins is visiting your neighbours, post in the "Add Me" forum and visit your neighbours daily. No materials needed!
