The Bakery Story Thanksgiving Update is here! I will keep this thread update with all of the new content as I unlock it. So far, we have a new Turkey Oven, New Goals (http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?39777-Bakery-Story-Thanksgiving-Goals), and some new decor. This is the place to come for all of the new content!

I'm not sure at the moment. As this is not when the update is usually released, I would have to imagine that the parts just haven't been added to the gift section yet, but I really don't know.

I'm on ipad, and I have the new appliance for purchase... but also don't have gifting capability yet on the parts! Sure hope they show up at reset... that will be a major pain if not!

Daily update and still can't gift turkey parts. Hopefully this is an oversight because if you can only get them from requests it will take forever to build the ovens and then you still have to master the recipes ��

I expected to see the new parts after the daily reset. It's weird that they're not there. Hopefully it's an error on their part. I decided to just request the items from 20 neighbors for now and hopefully I will have at least one oven before the day ends.

Wow, only two released/open recipes? Three open ones are bad enough... but only two?? And we have to spend a FORTUNE in coins (or skip-gems) to get a third? At least if the stuff they make us buy in the goals didn't cost so darn much it would help. And if the food actually earned decent profits, that would also help. But this is really disappointing! Especially since my games just crashed right after I started cooking on 10 ovens, and when I got back in, I had to re-start them all.. BUT I was still down the coins, so I had to pay TWICE to cook one set of food! So now I really can't afford to buy any of the expensive deco needed to get this goal food. I honestly don't think I'll be able to earn enough coins to complete these goals, even if I cook really high coin earning recipes... well as high as possible, none are really 'good' anymore. But right now, I don't think I'll be able to afford these, which is upsetting, I want all options available. But Xmas is my fave, so maybe I should ignore these and try my hardest to save up coins for xmas... which I also probably won't be able to afford. Plus since we can't gift the parts on these, it's even harder. So disappointed in Bakery Story TL! Why did you do this??

What is going on TL? Are you trying to phase out Bakery Story? Trying to get people to stop playing so you can concentrate on other games or something? Why else would you make it so difficult, so UN-playable and UN-enjoyable lately!? I keep hoping you will wise up and fix these issues, but I'm losing hope. :-( :-( :-( :-(

I am giving this one a miss. I only have 300,000 coins to spend so it isn't even worth starting these goals as someone worked out that you need at least 1.5 million to buy all the necessary stuff. I will wait for Christmas, I think.

Turkey oven parts aren't in the gift options because, gasp, someone has ****ed the turkey and the evidence is on the thanksgiving table!

You should just be patient. Lately there have been inconsistencies among devices with updates. Droid players have goals in Fashion Story while iOS does not. Also Droid got a Halloween update slightly earlier, World Games too. I'm sure you'll get it soon.

I don't care if I don't get it ... it's just going to mean more items and recipes I can't afford, and goals that mean spending millions of coins on decor I don't like for rubbish rewards.

Anyone else had problems with new update? I bought a few of the thanksgiving chairs as part of a task but they are invisible?? Customers still sit on them but look like they're floating??

I made the mistake of buying 12, then selling 10 cause I didn't want them and figured I'd get a few coins back rather than have them sitting in my invantory doing nothing. Yeah, I've had to re-buy 10 chairs (and just store them this time) to complete the first part of the goal. Still waiting for 2 cooking sheets to complete it though...

I'm on Kindle. Receiving gifts of parts to build turkey oven, but don't see the option to build it. I don't know if I should accept or decline the parts. This stuff keeps getting crazier! There is NO consistency with who gets what on which device. This goes for all the TL games I play. It gets more frustrating and confusing with each day.

You still need to have 12 Thanksgiving chairs in order to complete the goal.

I seem to be losing money since the update. I haven't bought any new items, I just log in every morning and I am back at 6.4M... I even stopped cooking and this glitch is happening. Not impressed with this update, I won't be buying any new items or doing the goals because it's a rip off. I am sticking to RS for Thanksgiving goals, much more manageable and fun!

Who is getting this update?

I'm on android and normally get my update on Thursday. When I hadn't gotten it by Thursday night or Friday (when others have had it since the beginning of the week), I mentioned something to a nbr who said I had to download it from Google Play. I hope I don't have to do this every time there is an update. They used to come automatically. And I hope they don't do this to all my games - I got the new goals version about a month ago and I hate it. When I go into the game, I have windows popping up like crazy telling me to install Pet Story and a bunch of pop ups for different goals, some that I've already completed! I don't like the goals and hope the other games don't start doing this. They are a waste of time for a level 90+ player who just wants to please her customers by cooking and decorating, not by installing more games that I don't have time to in order to complete a goal. Or like last week when I bought 2 wall decorations that were expensive, then the goals tells me to buy 2 more wall decorations to ears something like 1000 when I just spend 96,000 on Thanksgiving decorations and I only have so much wall space. Anyway... I wish the updates would just come automatically to android users again, and not have to download something else to get it.

You have to complete the thanksgiving goals. Buy decor, cook ten each of the two dishes on the thanksgiving oven and all that good stuff.
