Living Wood

I know the game says living wood is found in trees & sawmill. However, I have been trying to get more the last two days...chopping down everything in site and buying stuff to chop up...and nothing. And my sawmill doesn't give me any either. Is there a specific tree or something? It's the last thing I have to finish off the Nature caravan.

Help is greatly appreciated!
