i install dragon story 1 month ago and i was lvl 19... i change my phone and everything is reset :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
how can i restore everything?

You will need to transfer your games to your new device.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play and the number of gems you have in one of your games.

If you are on a Iphone, Ipad, Touch, or Ipad and you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information


You can also try and transfer yourself. If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8

Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.

Hey Kooky Panda why don't you guys create a Sticky fro this topic. I have noticed a lot of consolidation going on with the threads on the board. This is one of them that come up atleast 2 times a week i think it would help.

I think if you play any of the other story games you transfer one and they all go over to your new device

You can download one of the games in this list(like Farm story) to your old and new device (do not set up new storm Id)
Then transfer using that game . All the games on your old device will transfer with it. Then you can try out Farm story, or you can delete if from your device).

You can wait for support to transfer.:)
