Disappearing gifts

I am fairly new to this game, so I don't know if it's supposed to be this way or not. But if I get more than one gift at a time I can only accept one gift, and when I go back to look for my other gift it's gone. But when I get a new gift, all of the gifts that disappeared before, show up again until I accept a gift and the rest are gone again.

I accept one gift at a time then go to gifts, use it, accept the next gift, etc

I can usually get all the gifts that way. If I accept all at once then half of them disappear.
