game wouldn't allow me to use gem to speed up wisp lantern?

can anyone helP? i tried to speed up the wisp lantern making using gem. but game keep reloading back... anyone encounter this problem before?
i tried to force shut and restart the game.. same thing keep happening, wouldnt allow me speed up wisp lantern using gem...

Try deleting and redownloading the game .
See if this fixes the issue.
