My gems are gone!! HELP HELP HELP!!

I was doing the purchasing from the catalog then the game suddenly quit, after I joined the game again, the gems number became 6, it's supposed to be 45+ (I can't remember excat number, but definitely between 45 to 50) before the game quit.

Someone please help me to find it back thanksssssss:(

Check to see if you have a new catalog slot or any new items.
If you cannot see where your gems went, send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can look into your game.

Its not worth it emailing Team lava no matter what you say they will not refund gems( trust me I've tried)

I lost gems mysteriously. team Lava said it was an "in synch" error but they do not refund for such glitches.
