Level 97 chains not falling

Here's a picture of the problem...
There are 2 chains of red balls (one a 3 chain & the other a 4 chain) and they aren't falling. It also happened in the same level, the prior failed game. Both in the same spot, both with the red ball.
Can someone look into this please?

I forgot to say, yes, I hit these chains with a red ball and they should have fallen...

Have you tried restarting your device?

After restarting your device, was the issue still there?

it seems to be ok. I did download the update, which may have made a difference...
if it happens again, I'll be back!

Restarting device didnt help but updating seems to solve the issue as badger8 suggested. Thx
