Games back up after maintenance

They say games back up after maintenance but I can't access them. Anybody else have this problem?

Mine are ok.

They've been up for about an hour. Mine are okay.

Try turning off and on your device.

Thanks Bigbux, I've tried that also tried taking out my sim card and tried downloading another app, sometimes that works but none of these are solving it tonight
