I understand, but support will be the one to do the transfer. Stay close to your email so you can respond to them quickly when they ask you any questions .

Have you emailed TL from the last email they sent you requesting an update as to when the transfer will be made? If not, you should do so as only support@teamlava.com can assist you at this point.

I would say I as I sent them my gold receipts as stated above. I e mailed them 3 or 4 times. Still waiting.

I meant since you sent the receipts. Only support can answer as to when your game will transfer, so you have to go through them. If it has been 5 days since your last email from them, email them again from that last email asking for a status update.

I resent everything last night this why I am posting now to see what my status is :) Thank you so much for your reply. It's going on 6 to 7days. I spent real money on my game and I want it back, going through Dragon Story withdrawal :)

I sent a request for a transfer of one of a few games I play here on TL and sent everything from gold receipts to even a copy from Amazon that my Kindle Fire was replaced and still TL has not giving my games back. It wouldn't be so bad if I did not spend real money for a free game but since I paid to play I feel that it is mine. I have not left any feedback for any of the games I have here on Team Lave but I think now is time to leave feedback to say that as much as you play much is taken and nothing giving. I am really upset as I know if I am having this much of a hard time just getting DS I give up on my other games BS,RS and FS :( This is not fair I really paid for this game. Sadden. ..

Thank you so much. I sent you the last pm which has all the details along with all gold receipts and a copy of my new kindle also. I still have other games to get back too.
