Hello I play everyday but I cannot see the pets I need to collect to complete the collection can someone please help does anyone know what pets I need? Thanks

I have the same problem when I go into collections most of the pets are invisible so I have no idea what pets I need to complete my collection, same thing in buying pets most of them are also invisible so I don't bother buying what I cannot see.Please help.

I have that problem too, the images don't show up. My is dragonstorm1974 and I have an android. I also gave a problem with the font. It gets real small when I visit neighbors and when I come back home. It is very annoying.
