limited edition dragon. Y is the witch gone and pumpkin, zombie & boo still available

Is pumpkin, zombie & boo still stats as limited edition dragons? Although I had it all but my other account still trying so.. If will remain in the market & won't be gone I would try up on other dragon instead..

the witch has gone from my market (playing on ipod4), but the other three are still there saying "new". I guess they are staying for a while (or permanently?!)
