BAD TIMING, my nest wont be ready before the egg is ready. How long do Ihave? Will the egg rot, whither, get flies, run away or die?

Haha, you'll be fine. The egg will remain in the nest for as long as you need.

Yeah your egg will be fine. I have seabreeze waiting until wizard is done in anther 8 hrs. If you are breeding an LE, take a screen shot just in case time expires and your dragon turns into something else. If you are breeding an LE, and its possible (with gold), get it to the nest before time expires.
