Not every dragon has wings. Yes, this game commonly includes them, but many cultures traditionally show dragons without wings - specifically Asian culture. Chinese dragons have been portrayed as wingless for centuries. I personally find this new, wingless dragon refreshing as many, if not all, of the current dragons have wings at some point, if not all, of their growth cycles.

I agree EyesOfIsis, but his/her body is so long and sleek, I just think wing would look good. But hey, that's me. Just like I think the pumpkin dragon at any stage just looks goofy, but others like it. Though, I may have wing envy. Been trying for dragons that have fluttery wings like mistmoth and honeybee. Why? Just because they have been winged before doesn't mean they always have to have wings. Just because it's new and different doesn't mean it's bad or anything.

Agree, portraying dragons in American culture would be unfair to the millions of players not from America. TL needs/should take into consideration all cultures, far and near.

And I like how this dragon looks. Especially the colors, they're purty! It doesn't need wings ;) IMHO, of course. But if it had any, they'd be pretty too.

That would be cute :) I've only seen snow like two times in my life. Once, about four years ago (but the flakes were TINY and melted right away) and about 2 years ago when I went to a place where it usually snows, but the snow had already fallen. *sad*

Thing about aurora is it changes colors when viewed from different angles. It could really be any combination of colors. Then the description on the teaser says "let this dragon brighten up the sky". Brighten? Is it a light hybrid? Who knows

This is on their Facebook page. It's definitely a light type dragon if it belongs on the airborne island-meaning the newer version of dragon story which gave birth to light dragons. It has purple, green, and blue. My assumption is it's a tricolor dragon mix. Light+forest+purple. They seem to not have any color rules when it comes to light dragon hybrids.

Many people from many places play this game, and I bet even the developers' team has a lot of different people working there. Would make no sense not to explore dragon forms from other cultures!
Besides, the dragon myth originates from many, many places in several different cultures, so we can't say that the american dragons are the most interesting, or the main ones. That's very unfair, totaltechno. ;)

44 hrs. you can tell how many hours by the amount of gold needed to speed up the process. 1 gold for every hour.

If you want an Atlantis just make sure you have a combo of Forest and Water. It doesn't matter if they are pure or hybrid. I've had so many of these it's crazy, sometimes with just Forest and Water and other times with a 4 element combo and of course today with the 3. So just as long as you have the forest and water it's possible but to cut down other possibilities then you should make sure you only have the 2 elements in the breeding.

Yep, it's 15hrs so you have either an Atlantis or the new dragon!

Yes! I have been hopping for a while that teamlava would do some 3 color hybrids. :) It was kind of annoying when they started putting super rares that took the same color as other super rares.(scorpion/honey bee)(forestfire/landworm)etc. And it's only a rare, not a super rare. I tried an epic witch on the left and a level 7 mistmoth on the right and got 15hrs! I have no patience so I speed up and got an atlantis (which I didn't have so thats cool)!
Tried again with an epic magic on the left and a level 7 mermaid on the right, got 15hrs again! I figured I would wait this time, assuming it was just another atlantis!
I lasted all of an hr before I couldn't take it anymore, crossed my fingers, held my breath and hit speed up and.....
Wooohoooo.... I got the Aurora!!!! :)

You got the infinity with a wizard and fairy? But that's a diamond combo... How'd that happen?

The infinity is a diamond dragon. It's a pure diamond element not a hybrid. The diamond and the infinity are the only two pure diamond dragons. Actually wizard/fairy is the most common infinity pairing.

I finally got the aurora dragon! I used epic mistmoth on the left and epic forest on the right. And my niece got it using a level 9 forest on the left and a level 7 wizard on the right. I hope this helps those who still haven't gotten it! :)
