View Full Version : Scheduled Maintenance - 11/04/2012

We will be performing maintenance on all TeamLava games on Sunday, November 4th. Maintenance will begin at 1:55 AM PDT and is expected to last just a bit over 2 hours. Once maintenance is complete, all TeamLava games will return online around 3:15 AM PST.

Please note that you will not be able to access your games during this downtime. Thank you for your patience!

Here in the Philippines.. Its 5:18 pm of Nov.4 and will resume my playing at 7:18 pm. Hmm. Im worried about my dishes

**** I didn't see this until it was too late... All my dishes cooking are 1 & 2 hour dishes... Ah well...

Awwww I woke up here in Spain and wanted to check my city, monsters, etc while having some coffee but no love :(

Almost all app games are rewarding players with diamonds and gems for being patient during maintenance time, i dont understand why team lava doesn't :( Maybe they should consider it and be more generous to its customers, as we are VERY generous with buying gems in fashion story almost each week:)

I should think nothing will spoil or wither during maintenance times. If that's not the case....shame TL!

Awwwww, don't take away my level 98's. I didn't work hard for them!

If you do, I want 48 gems in small increments added to all Games I play.

This would have been nice to know in advance. TL is great at having ads pop up in the middle of your game advertising their other games, so why couldn't they have informed their customer base in this manner and the customers could have adjusted accordingly. Very disappointed that this situation was not better communicated.

It really would have been nice to know that in advance. Then all players have to adjust to it. I had closed my Nightclub for this time. Otherwise, you also informed us about the latest news

Sigh.....I'm going to be so annoyed to have to throw all my (spoiled) dishes out. Grrrr.
Not giving heads up to the players is just total disregard.

Totally agree. Also instead go the message that says "the system is in maintenance and we will be back in a few minutes" they could have the actual time - e.g 3.15am PST (California).

This would be super handy for players that are not based in America.......

Team lava should give something to allit players when the do this , all other games give bucks and gems , for the inconvinace ..our money and gems get lost in this process it wouldn't hurt them to at least replace ours and make it so our items don't go bad, or out of style....it's hard to earn gems , bucks, and coins..to loose it and not receive them back.. It's good business to replace them and add a little for the inconvinace ...
