Help, lost changes!

Hi, while the game was processing, lost every changes and now put stuff one in other. i tried open it by halloween app and i sede the precedent version of the house :(
Help me
I also bought a room and stuff and disapared, moved rooms and lost all these actions

It seems showing me two different versions, the old and the hew, one over the other. How can i do?

You should only use one version of the game. Currently the Halloween version is the most up-to-date version so you should be doing all your changes in that version only.

Try unisntalling and re-downloading the game from the app store. Then restart your device. If you are still having issues please contact our customer support at support@teamlava.com

Nothing, game doesn't save new room position both in normal and halloween app version. Here the pic, note the room on the left

Store those overlapping rooms then try putting them back into your game one at a time.

But room is divided in two parts and moving it, turn in previous position

:( i can't place items, the game cuts them, then disappear and room doesn't come back to walls
