Does anyone now what animals to use to breed the bullfrog?

I was also looking to crossbreed a Bullfrog and found that to get the treefrog I had to create a collection of animals first. I was frustrated when I found out that the collie you need is 149 gems! I think that this is unreasonable. Why are some of these pets so costly?
