What is the lowest level possible to breed a diamond?

Do you have to be at a high level in Dragon Story in order to breed a diamond? If so, what level?

If not, what is the lowest level that anyone has been able to breed one?

i think you can always breed one as long as you have two hybrids with all the 4 elements in it. so the level doesn't matter :)

Go in to the market and see what level you need to be to unlock it for purchase. That would be the minimum level you could breed it at.

if I remember correctly, you can breed diamond at lower level when the diamond goal show up, but to my experience, I can not breed it until they are at epic level. So higher level, epic dragons have more chance to breed diamond.

10 is the lowest level. That is when you get the basic Water Dragon, your 4th element, and also unlock Diamond Fields and Diamond Dragon.
