Well, I'm not sure if there are any official procedures, but to be a rude and obnoxious player all that is required of you is to post ugly remarks on your neighbor's walls and irritate them as much as you can.

I don't think you need or want to post here cause you'd just get flamed by all the other players who aren't rude and obnoxious and unless you know your neighbor's email, you're not going to be able to email them either.

Well, I was a little flustered when I wrote that.
I meant someone else is posting horrible stuff on my wall and neighbors walls.
Is there A proceedure to alert team lava of these players. and is there any way of blocking unwanted visitors?

Seriously, what you'll need to do is to take a picture of the wall and email that with your explanations to support@teamlava.com and they'll take steps to warn/remove that player.
