How To add Neighbors??

Simple question really how do u add neighbors in Restaurant Story?? I've just started to get active in the community (tipping etc). I play every day.

if you invite neighbors using their Storm8ID then you simply go to Main-Social-Invite Friends and then type their Storm ID in - they will be sent a request and if they accept you they will be your neighbor. You can also invite people you know using their email or text messaging by going to Main-Invite and then clicking on email or text. TB328 is my storm id if you want to try it.
