how do yu know when you've Mastered a catalog

Hi, I just started playing 2 days ago. What does it mean when you guys refer to "mastering a catalog". I've noticed that once you buy enough of one particular item in a catalog, you get a "congratulations your a shopaholic" message and others until you have a 4 next to that item in the catalog. Is 4 the end or is there a 5, 6? I have a 4 on all four items in one catalog....does that mean it's "mastered"?

Yes. The four means that item has been mastered.
