Hey! I just turned level 14 and I have 4 devices. When I was lvl 13, I went to the devices shop and it said to wait for level 14. Now I'm at level 14, I have to wait for level 19 T.T. Any explanations??

Are you talking about being able to buy another appliance?

If so, try restarting your device, then try to purchase another appliance.
