Didn't get mine either. I was a bit surprised because the others all worked fine for me.
I was sort of interrupted during the attempt to download with the new privacy policy agreement from iTunes. Thought that might have been the problem.

I still am wondering why the Flowers version was not a regular update. Why is there still the old version available? Will that one have different updates? Was there any reason to keep it?

I got my 10 gems when I opened the new application " pets LIVE" and click ok

I installed Pets LIVE Thresh, but still did not receive my 10 gems on Farm Story. I received the points on all the other storm8 games but not on Farm Story. Perhaps this is because I did not have the last version of Farm Story when I installed Pets LIVE Thresh ?
I would appreciate if you could give me some help here. My Storm8 ID is glabibou

PS : i reinstalled pets live thresh and updated my farm story, but still no gems

you have to open the game once you install it and it will show you the free gems :) you don't have to play it, just get past the first screen and it should give you the gems. worked for me. bettyboop4278 add me

You have to open the Pets Live Tresh game and then you get credit for the gems.

You need to access what you downloaded on ur phone and there will be a page that tells you what kinda points you got!!

when it pops up and says download bla bla to collect free gems, download the app, open it like you are going to play and it will tell you have the free gems. they show up on your farm- gems icon

You need to actually open the app to collect the gems. There will be a box telling you ## gems/points added.
