Issue with the goals....

I have two goals that have not been noticed as having fulfilled the requirement. Can someone please look into this...? See the pictures below of what the goal is and showing that I have the item requested in the goal...

I would like for my goals to be confirmed as done and I get the rewards, please.

Did you purchase the items before you received the goals? Some goals are not retroactive.

It shouldn't matter when you buy them - the goal is to have them... If I have them, I should meet the goal - I'm not going to buy them again. That's ridiculous.

I sometimes buy the items that I need in the goals before and then I have to buy the item again but it's not always like that.Did u buy the item before the goal?

If the item was purchased prior to receiving the goal, then the game may not record your goal progression properly. You will need to purchase the item again in order to complete the goal.
