When Neighbors Are Full

Hello!

I'm wondering what to do when I cannot tip or send a gift to a neighbor. I only have time to visit neighbors once a day and I feel bad when I can't help someone out. And some of my neighbors are full every day when I visit so I'm never able to send anything. I don't want people thinking I'm a bad neighbor! I really do visit all my neighbors every day. And this goes for all of the games too.

What is the general consensus here about how to handle this?

I would normally leave a message on their wall like... let me know when you've cleared.. gifts full... to let them know I did try to tip/gift them but couldn't. Can't see how else to go about it. Some days I'm so busy in real life I have no time to leave these msgs even... sigh...but I do send a gift to all my neighbours every day regardless.
