My rating on went down to 0 from 4 so quick!

My rating on bakery went down to 0 from 4 so quick. Usually it doesn't even go down to 3 over night but today I had 4 in the morning and it went down to 0 by the evening. Has this happened to anyone?

Do u mean your star rating?! If so u need to continuously tip your neighbors to keep it at four star. I do. Otherwise it stays at three for me. Hope this helps.

I have never seen it go from 4 to 0 in one day, even if you do not tip anyone. Try restarting your device. Make sure you are on the most current version of the game.
