I'm in uk. I've only had it on my low levelled device, but nothing but the diamond pop up on my main.

Thanks. I may try my low level device later - its so low it its not even supported though, and is awful to play on it so I don't really use it.

I'm using my low level to expand as much as I can and I'm gonna post pics with all the prices so people know which spots to avoid :]

there's also the (albeit crazy, but doable) idea of mapping the expansion prices.

I play on my daughters ipad to give gold only-and i am only level 4 or 5 (not aiming to go higher) and she got that starter pack on the ipad only. Guess its for new players and a way for them to start spending real money right away.

I like the idea of a Starter Pack. No one non new will get it though, as we aren't "starters"
