Habitats show coins on them for collecting

Hi,

Does anyone know when do habitats show the coin icons on them? It's not always when they're full, and not always when the dragons have been played with. I haven't been able to figure it out.....

sparkles indicate the dragons have been played with. the coins icon appears somewhere between 25%-33% full, I've noticed.

It is the habitat coin cap x 30% start show the coin collect icon
(Sometime I "wait" the icon appear)

You can still collect from them even if the coin icon hasn't appeared over the habitat. Just click on the habitat and then click on the coins shown along the lower right set of icons. I collect from all my habitats before bed so they start out empty overnight.

When the icon appears or sparkles, you do get some experience points then.

I don't believe you get anything other than coins from habitat collecting regardless if there is a collect sign, sparkles etc. I just tried it on my island, and I just received the coins.

sparkles will give you an additional coin bonus, the coin icon gives you nothing but convenience. you can force collection as muggapug states.

When you get ✨ you get an additional 250�� and +1⃣��Exp. I just had this happen to my babies.
