The goal is to visit 100 Neighbors. I have visited probably over 300 Neighbors and I'm only 74% toward completion. What the hell is wrong? Is this a bug?

Do you have 100 neighbors? They only count for 1 so if you visit one day and then the next they won't count as double

Of couse I have neighbors. I have 73 Neighbors.

Thats the point you need 100 neighbors and you only have 73 so you should be stuck st 73% you need to add 27 more neighbors
