Hope there is a new monster, or a massive update introducing magic monsters. Wishful thinking =[. I have 305 gold saved up and havent spent a cent on this game! I've had every monster for the last 2 weeks so i've only been trying for combinations with a rare and super rare outcome. So far I've got 3 burnbarks, 4 inferoos and 3 shellwings, 5 eaguanas. Will try the next super rare combination all week and so on.

I hope they have a big update too. I also have all the monsters, and am now just breeding to swap the common monsters with rare ones. I don't even need to expand any further as there is nothing worth decorating the island with :(

I wish Team Lava would understand one of the reasons games such as Bakery, Restaurant and Farm story had such player longevity (as well as high gem sales I'm sure) is because more than getting new recipes or crops players liked to DECORATE.
I hope the update sees some decorations finally or a raise in the level cap all my habitats are full and I have 5,000,000 saved up because I've stopped expanding since I have nothing to fill the new expanded areas with and there's nothing to spend all the money on.

I have been expanding but not clearing. Gives the rest of the island a more wild look, and will allow me to expand once I have something to put there. Eventually expanding starts to take days for each square, so better start now.
Me too,I don't really want a new monster I still need to get a lot of them!

i've saved close to six million. i am still collecting from the monsters as i hope when i hit the lava pits i have enough to clear one of them. i started expanding again. i only need an eaguana and forest scarab and are currently trying to get them. i hope we get monsters and more decor this update. they should give dragon story a break and give us monsters instead of giving them more dragons.

I'd settle for the force closed issues going away ... Manic Monsters will be back visiting ngbs once TL fixes the issues.

I'm on my 37th expansion first two day wait. When I hit the Lava Pit I will not be clearing it. I'm collecting 120,000 coins every 4 hours between my Diamond Hybrids alone. Also, since I have every monster which I did spend money on this game so far I have breeded two Shell Lizards. Is Shell Lizard the most profit monster besides the Diamond Hybrids?

I have 2 lava pits, i'd consider clearing one. i had this vision of my little farm villiage with breeding den and all up on that part :p
i have only 1million coins and no gold (even with downloading the other games, i have no idea how people manage to get 300??) still trying for the pegasus

you can save up gold pretty fast by gifts from neighbours - you can get 3 a day (or I sometimes get 4) so if you make sure to give everyday that's 90 a month and then you can get 30-75 gold for every time team lava prompts you to download another new game. I bought gold to buy a second nest and use the rest to just speed up breeding.

You are correct. You can receive up to 20 but only send out 3 per day.

Wow, I'm breeding shells too. I'n 2 weeks, I got like 5 shells. I'm kind of sick of it since it takes too long to breed and hatch and I have enough.

I think he ment shell wing, that one is 2200 per hour. I have 2 of them and 3 Burnbarcks :)

The two inferoos dont share the same second parent. One was a tongue toad named 'Wetworth' and the other was a King Clam named 'Sheldin'. Both had a slightly above average rare rate, hence why I was trying to use them to get a pegasus, but in the end all I got was a Inferoo, two Burnbark Lizards, a King Clam, a Furball and one other rare I am blanking on.

Thanks! I'll try that. I think one of my inferoos is named Twig, and I'll always go for another King Clam :)

Finally an update! Woot! Prolly a LE... but hey, I will take what I can get.
Kind of excited... he looks like a REAL monster.

Do you realize that we get the updates today at 4:00pm PST? For me, it's 7:00pm EST. All the new releases start at 1:30pm EST (sometimes).
I want to breed another Diamond Pegagus just in case there's a monster that needs two Diamond Pegasus. So, yeah.

the new monster is green and blue mix called Frankenogre. My first try in the breeding den resulted in 14 hr breed time. I am guessing it's the new one!! bc the other possibilities are ecogoo (5hr) and medasasaur (18 hr)
why can't i have the same luck in DS?? but very happy to get it on the first try :)

So failure is a 5 hour Ecogoo, or an 18 hour Medusasaur.. So you won't know if it's Frankenogre or Medusasaur. =/

Omg he is so so so cute!! (As a baby) ... Have speed evolved with gold to max and he really sticks out like a sore thumb. Only monster that actually LOOKS like one! Hopefully this is a preview of things to come.

They said it was for Halloween...so it will probably leave around the end of October or early November. Maybe.

I've been expanding and not clearing....but maybe for a different reason. Don't have enough coins to clear. Clearing cost is ridiculous :0
Got Medusaur first try trying to get this guy. Don't like how it's limited though.

IMO, this monster is so easy to get. First time, ecogoo, but second and third time, Frankenogore. I recommend people to try for this monster or more than one because it may disappear. Better safe than sorry.
I wish it was that easy for me... I keep getting ecogoos and madusasaurs.

I just tried for the frankengore for the first time using blue blob and tree rex; I got a 14 hr breed time :) Will try for a second after that ones's done breeding since I like to have 2 of each (any more than 2 get sold). Plus I need the medusasaur yet.

Never mind it's just rare. My source was wrong. I'm still happy though considering I have a hard time getting half of all the rares. Being it's a limited edition I don't have to worry about not getting it now.

What's the max $$s on a Frankegore? I think I have one breeding, and trying to determine if I should try for a 2nd. It's getting harder to even breed in the game now *sigh*
