problem with gold as a gift

in my news tread it says that a lot of my neighbor sent me gold but I have like 0 gold since 2 days. I'm about to quit, I'm really pissed. anybody has the same problem?

Try force closing your app and then reopening it. Usually works for me when things get glitchy

When you receive gold always accept it before you send out your three gold for the day.
