Bought a magic shel box....My 24 gems disappeared and the I received a pop up saying I didn't have enough gems to make the purchase😕 no gift, no more gems. Sad:(

Email support@teamlava.com and tell them your storm8 id a description of what happened and they can look into your game and see what happened

Have you checked in your inventory to see if you have a new item? Sounds like to bought one box, then tried to buy another and did not have enough gems.

I checked my inventory several times, then I uninstalled and reinstalled - and then my lobster tank was in my floor decorations :)

Oh cool.. the Lobster tank was one of my favs.!!!
