Game won't level up

Hi I have been on level 30 for over a month, my number changes when I breed, clear plants, etc..... But it won't move to level 31. Has anyone got any suggestions?

30 is the level cap for the game .

If 30 is the max why do i have some neighbors higher than me? I have been stuck at 30 just like kooky panda and it really errks me Why everyone else is not experiencing this Drangon Story im at 41 and never had a problem but with Monster Story wow 30 can not be the cap! I also have upgraded, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still at level 30
