market place and potion shop

i cannot finish building my marketplace until i build a potion shop. potion shop is locked and only says "goal." does any one know which goal unlocks the potion shop? ive actually completed so many goals that i only have one active goal.

Have you expanded to Ivy yet?

I had that problem too. You should reach the tree lady first.
