Where do we get a Witch's cauldron? And where do we go to make 30 cauldron cookies?!?!

Have you downloaded the halloween version from the App Store? You can buy the witches cauldron in the design menu, in the appliances tab. Once you buy and build the cauldron, then you can make the cookies from it.
