Help..where do I get the pumpkin and steam contracts?

Where can I find the pumpkin and steam contracts? I tried the greenhouse for 2 min, then 2 hours then 8 hours but does not show that I am completing the goal. Same for steam with the industrial plant. Any suggestions?

Greenhouse and industrial plant in halloween edition have more contract theme than the original. Click the arrow on the right (on contract menu) and you'll find the pumpkin, scary steam and also ghoul trap beside the original menu . Too bad, i don't know how to upload a picture to show it.
