What happened to my shop???

I only have 1 family where are my hundreds of pets on my storage and shop i hadd almost finished my goals but now soon my babies Will be born but no parents. Whats happening?? My shop was all expanded but now it came to the starting point. I tried uninstalling it and r?installing but it didint work. PLEASE HELP!!! I spent lots of money on this game!!!
