Omg all 90 odd pets have disappeared!!! Help me!!

Could someone from Team Lava get back to me, I have been on Pet Shop story this morning, playing, no problems, bought some gems, added a couple of pets, I go off the app for an hour to use a different one, also looked at some pics (all this is on my ipad) go back on and EVERYTHING has gone apart from a family of Beagles!!! The gems I bought are still there, as is my coin balance and shop rating. I want them back! I am fuming, have spent real money on this and now IT'S ALL GONE. Some answers please.
