Once bought fences

Fences bought before the flower version came into play, it would be nice to be able to change the colors of the fences. To sell them and repurchase is a loss of "money" purchase. Adding an ap would be nice without cost.

I would like to see the ability to "paint" varios items that I already have on my farm. It would be nice to paint my brown fence Blue, my shed Yellow, and even my barn White.

Since in the real world paint does cost money, a minimal charge would be acceptable, but I would prefer it to be free (no dimonds or money).
