Unbuilt furniture just vanished!

Playing both versions - normal n halloween on new iPad(3). The unbuilt gothic bed and chair and other many items just vanished after 5 long hrs, not just once but twice!!!!!
Looks like once you have halloween version just stop playing normal version as any change in normal version reflects in halloween version and thus changes in halloween version don't hold good. A lesson learnt too late! :(

There is a delay when you switch between the games.
I would advise closing out the regular game and only playing the halloween game.
