Hello Mel,
Different foods cook on different appliances. So things like apple pies cook in ovens, and t bones cook on grills. You can have any mix of appliances up to the number that the level you are on allows. So if you are allowed 6 appliances you can choose to have a mix of stoves, ovens and grills up to a total of 6 appliances. I hope this helps.
