Different rewards for different items

It seems that when you collect sparkles from different items and you get different amounts of coins

Yes, just been clicking away to see which items pay out more. Can't seem to see why some things are more though. Anyone trying to work this out?

Are you sure that you're collecting the coins from only ONE item when you get more than 20 coins? If you tap sparkles on two or more items close together and then tap the coins to collect, all nearby coins collect at once.

I have clicked one at a time on the items, and waited before tapping again; yes some are much higher than others!

There may not be a pattern, as there isn't one when we visit neighbors and the amount changes.

I tried clicking one time and then collecting and mattyboo is right. Different items do give different amounts of coins. For example; the Sandy Relaxer (******d couch with brown pillows) gives 280 coins. Woo Hoo. Didn't realize.

I don't think so, the amounts don't seem to be consistent each time. I'm trying to keep track and determine that myself.

I agree msmarge567, as some gem items, like the fireplace, only give off a little while items that cost minimal coins give back quite a bit more. You'd think gem items would give us more coins, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Talk about changing the rules in the middle of the game. GMAB. Did you not design the game to give the coins in the first place and now someone decided all of a sudden to change it. Makes no sense. Just sayin'....

TL aren't ones for consistency. I liked earning different amounts rather than boring $20 for everything :(

Looks like now your items earn their own coins.

Wow I like the changes.... But why couldn't they give us the Halloween version in that update
