Fireplace in my restaurant?

I want a nice fireplace for my restaurant but I don't know where to get one from?.

There is only one available in the Magic Box (4th place). I tried that box so many times trying to get the fireplace last spring and could never get it. I ended up with almost everything else from that box BUT the Fireplace and the Mighty Appliance. :(
