Game fails to start

I have loaded on the iPad farm story, city story and restaurant story and for some reason a few weeks ago neither of the games would load message appears stating it's an online game and needs an Internet connection but the wireless is working ok and it logs on the Internet with no problems (using it now to post this message) can you offer some advice how to resolve the problem?

Hola.A mi me pasa lo mismo desde hace ya mas de un mes, solo me carga la granja cuando utilizo una conexion por wifi, con la cobertura del movil no me funciona, cuando antes funcionaba perfectamente!!! Por favor a ver si alguien le a ocurrido lo mismo y nos puede ayudar. Un saludo
