Gem trapped again! Ugh! Serving food that was finished cooking...

I am so frustrated. I've somehow managed to try and make this game work for me despite the HUGE price hike. Even though I am STILL waiting to get the gems I purchased 10/7 (first time gem buyer), I'm still trying to be patient and remain positive. Playing the game today, I was serving food that was finished cooking and the double tap gem trap took coins to finish cooking food that I was serving. So frustrating! Every time the game does this I get so discouraged I think about quitting. Will there ever be a confirmation button to avoid gem traps? Ever?

If you still have not received your Gems from a purchase on October 7th, please email support@teamlava.com and provide your Storm8 ID and a copy of the email receipt. Be sure to state which game the purchase was made on.
